You have chosen what proven to be the best neighborhood in Auburn.  Please note that before building in Grove Hill, all home and landscaping plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  Plans, drawing, etc. can be submitted to the Association Manager for submission to the ARC.
