Q) We just moved in — when is garbage collection?

A) Garbage is collected on Tuesday morning. Trash cans and items such as grass clippings, recycled material, etc. may be placed on the street on Monday evening or early Tuesday morning.

 

Q) How do I rent the Clubhouse?

A) Check availability on the CALENDER page of this site and then download the Clubhouse Reservation Agreement from the RESOURCES page of this site and call or text the association manager at (334) 826-5884 or email using the CONTACT form on this site to reserve a date.

 

Q) I'm new to the neighborhood and I did not receive a welcome packet, covenants — what do I do?

A) Call or text the association manager at (334) 826-5884 to request a welcome package.

Q) There are cars always parked in the street in front of my neighbors house over night, I know that this is not allowed, what can I do?

A) First, contact the homeowner and ask if they would take care of the situation. If that is not going to fix the problem contact a Board Member and the proper measures will be taken to correct the covenant violation.

 

Q) I want to have a fence built and close in my back porch does the Association care?

A) Absolutely, all changes to the originally submitted building and landscape plans must be approved by the Architectural  Review Committee (ARC) before you begin any project. In fact depending on where you live in the neighborhood your fence will have to be of specific materials and construction. Please download the ARC Review Request Form on the RESOURCES page and submit it to the association manager via email or mail it to Grove Hill Homeowners’ Association, P.O. Box 2658, Auburn, AL 36831.

 

Q) I have lost my pool fob, how do I get a new one?

A) Call or text the association manager at (334) 826-5884 or email using the CONTACT form on this site and request a new fob. There is a $25 replacement charge for new fobs.
